Who we are
Distrimesh runs a short-form distribution network: brands buy verified views, and independent video editors post clips on their own accounts. This policy covers distrimesh.pro and app.distrimesh.pro. Contact: hello@distrimesh.pro.
What we collect
Contact forms. Name, email, and what you type in the form. Editor sign-ups also include a phone number. We use this to reply to you.
Accounts. Email address, display name and, for editors who sign in with Google or Discord, the basic profile those services share (name, email, avatar and Discord user ID).
Editor work. Social account handles, clip links, public view counts we fetch for those clips, analytics screenshots and recordings you upload, payout details (a payout provider and recipient ID or email) and tax forms.
Security data. IP address and request details, used to prevent abuse and keep an audit trail of staff actions.
Services that process data for us
Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms and sign-in), Discord (internal notifications of form submissions) and, for sign-in, Google and Discord. Each processes only what it needs to provide its service.
Cookies
We use only cookies needed to keep you signed in to the dashboards and to protect forms from bots. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept while we're in conversation and for a reasonable time after. Account data is kept while your account is open. Financial records (payments, earnings, payouts) are kept as long as accounting and tax law require, even after an account is closed; other personal details are removed or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing hello@distrimesh.pro. We'll reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept by law, as explained above.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, staff use two-step sign-in, and every staff action is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and notify account holders of significant changes.
